Help arranging a Funeral
When a loved one passes the responsibility always falls to someone to make funeral and other necessary arrangements. It is never a pleasant experience as loss and grief can be overwhelming. At Dominick Healy & Sons funeral directors, we work to make the process as easy and stress free as possible.
At every step of the way we are there to advise, support and where necessary make the arrangements on your behalf. Please read the information below as it will give you an understanding of how we aim to help.
Registering a death
Few people really know what they need to do to register a death so don't worry if the thought of this confuses you. We will walk you through the process step by step. You can download our guide here (link to pdf) or simply give us a call and we will sit down with you and help.
Death Notices, Floral Tributes and Gratuities
After a simple conversation we will make arrangements for Death Notices to be placed in the publications of your choice. We can also look after floral tributes and gratuities if requested.
Making arrangements with the chapel
With decades of experience liasing with Parish Priests across Belfast, Dominick Healy and Sons will assist you in making arrangements with your local parish.

Transport
Do not fret about transport whether to and from the funeral parlour or on the day of the funeral. Our fleet of funeral cars will ensure that transport is worry free and dignified at all times. Please ask us if you have any concerns or special requirements, we will assist in every way possible.
Cemetery or Crematorium arrangements
Dominick Healy and Sons will work to ensure that your wishes fulfilled in relation to burial or cremation. Whether a grave purchase is required or not help will be provided accordingly.
